Our annual sun and beach holiday – Koh Kood (Ko Kut)

Koh Kood is located on the eastern side of the Gulf of Thailand, near the maritime border with Cambodia.

We took late night flight to Bangkok a day in advance, arrived after midnight. Because we need to take an early morning connected flight, we stayed at the airport hotel – Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel for easy transfer.

We checked out at 6:00am, and took a 07:40am flight from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport to Soneva Kiri’s Maisi airport.

Then took a 5 minutes speedboat ride to the resort – Soneva Kiri.

We originally booked a Tree Pod afternoon tea on the second day, unfortunately the Tree Pod was undergoing maintenance during our stay. Alternately we booked a half day tour to see the island.
