Seoul 2011: Dinner @ Bamboo House (Korean BBQ)

韓國的餐廳好專門,食牛的地方唔會有豬食,而且 menu 的選擇通常都好少。在韓國,牛肉是比較貴的食物,而且韓國人對 local 牛肉非常自豪,傳統的韓國餐廳只有韓國牛肉供應,所以在韓國食牛,一定要食 local 牛肉,唔好食 US、更加唔好食日本牛肉。

Bamboo House 主要是食 grill beef 的,但是是比較 modern 的,並非是傳統的炭燒。記得上一次到 Bamboo House,印象深刻,因為 order 了一個都幾貴的 wild pine mushroom,但 order 了才記起 A 曾經食完 mushroom 敏感,所以佢唔敢食。今次重臨舊地,一定記得唔好再 order pine mushroom。

餐廳的外觀 (可惜太多車,影唔到相) 及內部裝修都一樣是 modern feel,特別一提個 wine list ,並非一般韓國餐廳的選擇。
